+ 15 years of experience as legal advisor in the financial and capital markets, including advising operations that involved fund raising in the Brazilian and international markets, as well as structuring investment funds and other typical capital market transactions, in addition to operations involving real estate, M&A, securitization, loans, structured financing and debt restructuring processes. She also has experience in regulation within the scope of CVM – Securities and Exchange Commission, B3 stock exchange and ANBIMA. Between 2011 and 2023, she worked at BMA Lawyers, having been recognized as the Rising Star of The Year: Capital Markets by The Legal 500 Brazil Awards 2023, and at the IFLR Rising Stars Awards Americas 2022, in the Equity Capital Markets category. Bachelor’s degree in Law at UERJ.

Luciana Mikui

Investor Relations

+ 6 years of experience in investor relations and customer support, with a particular focus on HNWI. As an analyst on the client manager team at Credit Suisse, she played an important role in implementing operational processes, managing client requests and financial transactions, and overseeing several institutional events organized by Credit Suisse. Luciana holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from PUC-SP and another bachelor’s degree in marketing from ESPM.

Thiago Costa

Investments

+ 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, including portfolio management, M&A and capital markets, involving transactions totaling more than R$ 15 bn.

As senior partner at HSI, Thiago led the firm’s Real Estate Private Equity investment strategies for more than 8 years.

Prior to HSI, he was partner and managing director at G5 Partners, where he led the financial and strategic advisory team.

Thiago holds a bachelor’s degree in law from UFRJ and an MBA in Finance from FGV.

Daniel Serafim

Investments

+ 10 years of experience as manager and controller, during which led several M&A and debt restructuring transactions.

As managing partner at Essentia, he has provided advisory services to clients in complex transactions totaling over BRL 3 bn.

Prior to joining Essentia, Daniel was responsible for the restructuring and turnaround of a family-owned company.

Serafim also contributed to the financial and strategic advisory team of G5 Partners.

Daniel holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Insper.

Francisco Ajaj

Operations

+ 13 years of experience in asset management, during which was responsible for operations, risk & compliance, and regulatory affairs.

As partner and director at HIX Capital, he led the operations, risk & compliance team with responsibilities including the structuring, formation, and management of the firm and several investment vehicles. Prior to joining HIX, Francisco worked as a fund analyst at FAMA Investimentos and Santander.

Francisco holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from FMU and is a graduate in business administration from Insper.

Victor Matsuyama

+ 13 years of experience in M&A, fundraising, debt restructuring and business management, especially in the real estate, energy and retail industries.

As co-founder and partner at Essentia, he led the firm’s financial and strategic advisory team, successfully overseeing complex transactions totaling over BRL 3 bn. Before his tenure at Essentia, Victor served as senior associate at HSI and as senior vice president at G5 Partners’ financial and strategic advisory team.

Victor holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Insper.

Bruno Vargens

Entrepreneur, Bruno served as a partner and managing director at Nucleo Capital, an independent asset management firm focused on Brazilian equities market.

Bruno holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from PUC-RJ and is a CFA charterholder.
